As a medical content & research intern for our California Med Works, you will have the exciting opportunity to apply your knowledge of medical terminology, scientific writing, clinical research, pharmacology, report writing, data analytics, and MS-Excel to contribute to our USMLE Q Bank.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Conducting in-depth research to create high-quality medical content for our USMLE Q Bank.
Collaborating with medical professionals to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content.
Analyzing data to identify trends and insights that can be used to enhance the Q Bank.
Assisting in the development of new questions and explanations for the Q Bank.
Supporting the team in the review and editing of existing content.
Utilizing MS-Excel to organize and track data related to the Q Bank.
Contributing to the overall success of the Q Bank by providing valuable insights and recommendations.
This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in the medical field, allowing you to further develop your skills and knowledge while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.

Other requirements
USMLE Experience (Highly Preferred): Candidates who have cleared or are actively preparing for USMLE Step 1/Step 2 CK, or have prior experience writing USMLE-style question banks.
Educational Background: MBBS, BDS, MD, or senior medical students with a strong grasp of core clinical and preclinical medical sciences.
Research Experience: Prior experience writing, formatting, or publishing research articles in peer-reviewed medical journals is a major plus.
Attention to Detail: Excellent command of medical terminology and a strong sense of accuracy for clinical vignettes.
Autonomy: Strong organizational skills, a high sense of accountability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a remote team environment.
