The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, hands-on experience in campaign execution, and the ability to manage client relationships while leading a small team. This role requires expertise in digital branding platforms, audience planning, and storytelling to create impactful brand campaigns.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute branding strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
- Create comprehensive media and campaign plans across digital platforms.
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Recommend the right audience profiles, targeting strategies, and media mix based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Build compelling campaign narratives and presentations that effectively communicate strategy and recommendations.
- Manage and mentor a team of 48 members, ensuring high-quality execution and professional development.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance and regular performance updates.
- Work closely with third-party publishers and partners to identify branding opportunities and optimize campaign outcomes.
- Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights for future planning and optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 23 years of experience in branding, media planning, or digital brand strategy roles.
- Strong experience in brand campaign planning and execution.
- Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform, including DV360, and Meta advertising platforms.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and third-party publishers.
- Ability to identify and recommend audience segments and targeting approaches based on client objectives.
- Strong strategic thinking and storytelling capabilities.
- Excellent client management and stakeholder communication skills.
