About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Review and quality-check Hindi/English subtitle and caption files against the video by correcting text, timing, and on-screen synchronisation.

1. Apply SKEPICK's captioning and narration style guidelines (reading speed, line length, formatting) to meet broadcast accessibility standards.

1. Check audio description and visual scene description narration for accuracy, timing, and natural conversational Hindi.

1. Maintain QC logs, flag entries needing review, and support final delivery preparation and documentation.

Other requirements

1. Any graduate in mass communication, journalism, English literature, BA, or equivalent preferred.

1. Comfortable watching and reviewing video content for extended periods.

1. Familiarity with OTT platforms (Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hotstar) is a plus.
