About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer with 1+ years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience working with D2C brands, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to drive measurable ROI through strategic media planning and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
-Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and test ad creatives for D2C and eCommerce brands.-Proven experience in creative testing and analyzing ad performance beyond numbers.-Strong knowledge of audience targeting, funnels, retention, and ad strategy for customer journeys.-Should be data-driven and up to date with the latest Meta Ads trends, especially for D2C scaling strategies.-Strong understanding of media buying metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA, LTV, etc.).-Experience in scaling accounts profitably with monthly spends of 10L50L+.-Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and data analysis tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager).-Strong communication and analytical skills with a growth-oriented mindset.-Ability to manage multiple D2C brand accounts simultaneously.-Familiarity with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Meta Ads/Google Ads Manager, Looker Studio, etc. Required Skills & Qualifications: -Bachelors / Masters degree in any field.-Minimum 1+ years of experience in performance marketing in Meta Ads and Google Ads.-Prior experience handling D2C or eCommerce brands is highly preferred.-Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.-Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and scaling for D2C businesses.-Certification in Digital Marketing is a plus.-Excellent communication, reporting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.-Having your own laptop is mandatory.
