About the RoleWe are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital advertising platforms targeting the United States market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and scaling campaigns that drive customer acquisition while maintaining target ROI and profitability metrics.This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of performance marketing, and the ability to work collaboratively with creative, analytics, product, and business teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- .Manage additional channels such as Native, Programmatic, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn as required
- .Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize conversions and ROI
- .Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability targets.Performance Optimization
- Analyze KPIs including CPC, CTR, CPA/CAC, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Revenue, and Margin metrics
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, audience targeting, and bid strategies
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign performanceAudience & Market Strategy
- Develop audience targeting strategies specific to the US market
- Manage remarketing, lookalike, and customer acquisition campaigns
- Stay updated on market trends, platform changes, and competitive activitiesAnalytics & Reporting
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Use analytics tools to identify insights and growth opportunities
- Track campaign performance against acquisition and revenue targets
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Required Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2 to 6 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Must Have)
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, GA4, and GTM.
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience managing campaigns targeting the US market. (Must Have)
