Roles & Responsibilities: You will be an Integrator for Landing Gear Systems that includes responsibilities but not limited to
- Development and validation of Multi-System Component (MSC) level Specifications
- Define Design and Product verification criteria for MSC level specifications
- Verification of MSC level Specifications in coordination with Multi-functional teams
- Integration of sub-system level development activities
- Support various MSC level reviews and associated deliverables from Architecture & Integration stand point.
- Developing Engineering documentation needed for various program milestones including FAL Acceptance, First flight and Certification Reviews
- Assisting Signatories in review of Engineering Documentation and support release process
- Continuous follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure adherence to planned timelines
- Nurturing and maintaining relationship with multi functional teams and signatories for delivering program deliverables within the scheduled time, cost and quality.
- Technical & Schedule Risk management
Mandatory skills:
- Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical / Aerospace / Systems Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 3 years & maximum 8 years of overall experience
- Working experience in any of the below four Systems Development activities
Planning and Integration
Requirement development and Decomposition
Architecture development and System Modelling
Hydraulic / Mechanical / Electro-mechanical Component design
- Conceptualization as per design requirements
- Detail Design including Basic design calculations, Material and protective process selection, Creation of Component, Assembly and installation drawings
- Design for Manufacturing, Assembly and Testing
