Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Machinery Maintenance: Assisting the senior engineering team in the daily maintenance, repair, and servicing of plant machinery (crushers, washing lines, and refining equipment).
Pipeline Fitting: Learning and executing pipeline alignment, layout, cutting, and fitting tasks across the recycling unit.
Plant Operations: Monitoring live plant operations to ensure the smooth processing of PET bottle scraps into high-quality flakes.
Troubleshooting: Helping the technical team identify, troubleshoot, and fix mechanical breakdowns or issues on the production floor.
Tools Management: Handling and maintaining industrial tools, welding equipment, and measuring instruments safely and precisely.
Industrial Safety: Strict adherence to factory safety standards, wearing proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and maintaining a clean work environment.
