About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Designing and detailing mechanical components and assemblies in CAD (FreeCAD / Fusion 360).

1. Building, assembling, and iterating on physical prototypes.

1. Supporting fabrication, machining, and 3D-printing of parts.

1. Applying GD&T and Design-for-Manufacturing principles to production-ready designs.

1. Running and documenting bench tests, capturing data, and reporting findings.

1. Collaborating with the electronics and design teams on integrated EV sub-systems.

1. Extensive documentation and PLM process
