About the role: Conceiving application solution as per customer requirement, designing the solution and getting DAP done from customer, preparing BOM for production, commissioning of the product, design database, production feedback for cost improvement. Responsibilities: Self-motivated professional with hands-on experience in SolidWorks, including load analysis, stress, and strain simulations (SolidWorks Simulation / ANSYS). Proficient in preparing and interpreting part and assembly drawings. Strong knowledge of load calculations, tension, and load distribution for 1-leg, 2-leg, and 3-leg sling configurations. Conduct timely customer site visits to identify issues, verify problems, and implement containment and corrective actions. Self-motivated with excellent communication and coordination skills. Experienced in DAP (Design Approval Process) with customers. Ability to execute and manage projects end-to-end, from initiation to closure. Handle complete project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Manage client communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Take full ownership and accountability for assigned projects. Candidate requirements: 4-10 year experience in the same field Graduate from B.Sc , B.tech or Diploma in engineering, Good knowledge of Hydraulic trolley material handling fixtures like machining and welding. Good knowledge of lifting tackles and costing of all that material is required as per application
