Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations. Sourcing & Procurement involves identifying, acquiring, and managing the goods and services an organization needs. This role includes researching suppliers, negotiating contracts, and purchasing materials. It also involves ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. The goal is to support the organizations operations by obtaining the best value and maintaining strong supplier relationships. A systematic approach used for buying all the goods and services needed for a particular project or for the company generally to stay sustainable. It consists of: the identification of need; finding and qualifying the suppliers; requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results; and contract close. What are we looking for? Education
- Graduation any stream
- Good computer literacy (e.g. Word, Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint).
- Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers / customers on a regular basis)
- Knowledge of Ticketing tool - Service now
- Procurement knowledge understanding the up-stream and the downstream process
- Experience with data management, validation, and reporting automation
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Multi-tasking and problem-solving mindset
- Attention to detail
- Subject Matter Expert having Hands on knowledge on Procure to Pay process
- Responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting solutions
- Provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- The role involves data analysis, dashboard creation, performance tracking, and supporting decision-making through accurate and timely reporting.
