About the job

Key responsibilities

1. Publish daily, weekly, and monthly business reports with accuracy and within established timelines.

1. Track and report service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational metrics.

1. Support governance activities related to reporting, compliance, and operational performance management.

1. Prepare and deliver ad hoc reports based on business requirements and stakeholder requests.

1. Analyze operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.

1. Maintain reporting dashboards and ensure data accuracy across reporting systems.

1. Support incident management, change management, and survey management reporting activities.

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and interpret business data.

1. Assist in developing automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

1. Create presentations and visual reports to communicate business insights effectively.

1. Monitor compliance with governance frameworks and contractual reporting obligations.

1. Manage organizational information according to established governance policies and procedures.

1. Support decision-making processes by providing accurate and timely business intelligence reports.

1. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting analytics and governance processes.
