Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our Capital Markets team. The role involves supporting financial operations, trade processing, securities management, reconciliations, Candidates should possess a strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and accounting fundamentals, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• :Support trade lifecycle management activities
• .Perform trade settlement and reconciliation processes
• .Process financial transactions accurately and within defined timelines
• .Analyze and validate financial data and reports
• .Ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements
• .Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational queries
• .Maintain process documentation and operational records
• .Adhere to quality and productivity standards.Required Skills
• :Basic understanding of Capital Markets and Financial Services
• .Knowledge of Equity, Debt, Mutual Funds, and Securities Markets
• .Understanding of Accounting and Financial Concepts
• .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• .Good communication and interpersonal skills
• .Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• .Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.Qualification
