About the job
About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and committed Mathematics Faculty to train PUC students for KCET-level Mathematics. The role focuses on supporting rural students through a hybrid teaching model combining offline and online classes.This is a part-time position suitable for candidates who enjoy teaching, mentoring students, and making quality education accessible beyond urban centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach KCET-level Mathematics for 11th & 12th PUC students
- Conduct offline classes during scheduled outstation visits to partner colleges in Karnataka
- Travel for 2 days every alternate week (approximately 4 days/month)
- Take 4 online classes per week from our center in Bengaluru. (1 hour each)
- Prepare students through concept-based and problem-solving oriented teaching
- Support students with doubt clarification and exam preparation strategies
- Coordinate with the academic team for planning and assessmentsQualifications & Requirements
- PG Degree in Mathematics or UG Degree in Engineering
- Strong command over KCET-level Mathematics
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in PUC / KCET coaching preferred
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Willingness to travel within Karnataka for academic sessions
- Comfortable with online teaching platformsPreferred Skills
- Experience teaching rural or first-generation learners
- Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts
