Material and process (M&P) is responsible for Materials & Processes, Standardization
This position is for Standardization activities.
Standardization team supports standard parts metadata, Digitalization and 3D data for Mechanical and Electrical Standard parts for all programs.
Main Activities – Standardization Activities
- The jobholder will be the First Point of Contact for internal & external customers.
- Main activity in Standardization involves creation and managing requests for Standard parts in 3DX and in Catia V5/V6.
- Need to create and manage Mechanical And Electrical Standard parts and manage the CADlib Administration work.
- Main activity in Standardization involves managing incidents for support in assessment, assignment, validation and process compliance monitoring in Design perimeter.
- Identify the relevant specialist, categorize to define a proactive action/solution and knowledge management
- Create awareness & provide support on new or updated procedures related design requirements to stakeholders.
- Network & liaise with a broad range of Material sub-domains.
- Contribute to the reviews, provide technical support to peers and involved stakeholders.
- Comply with ways of working agreed between European Engineering Entities and the Indian Centre ensuring effective communication is established and maintained.
- Ensure the appropriate reporting and publishing on his/her activities, with a focus on the process followed, achievements and lessons learned.
Qualification:
B.E / M.E / M. Tech / Mechanical/Aeronautical/Electrical
Experience:
Preferably 5 - 8 years of relevant domain experience.
Skills Required
- Basics of Overall Aircraft architecture in order to ensure integration of electrical and mechanical systems, Cabin and structure.
