We're looking for someone who lives inside Seller Central, not just manages it. This is a highly execution-focused role with end-to-end ownership of BearHugs' marketplace presence across Amazon and Flipkart. From improving organic rankings and optimizing listings to managing advertising performance and pricing competitiveness, you'll play a critical role in driving marketplace growth. Working directly with the founding team, you'll have real ownership and accountability for the P&L performance of our marketplace channels.
Key Responsibilities
A. Listing Optimization & Search Visibility
Own and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, and backend keyword architecture across Amazon and Flipkart listings.
Conduct ongoing keyword research and search term optimization using Helium 10 (Cerebro, Magnet, Frankenstein) and SEMrush to identify high-intent, low-competition opportunities.
Monitor keyword rankings, search visibility, and organic performance, taking proactive action to address ranking declines.
Audit and improve listing quality, content relevance, image sequencing, and conversion-focused content strategies to maximize product performance.
Continuously test and implement listing improvements to increase traffic, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
B. Amazon Advertising
Build, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
Develop campaign structures, including keyword segmentation, match-type strategies, bid management, dayparting, and negative keyword optimization.
Drive advertising efficiency by maintaining target ACoS and TACoS while supporting organic ranking growth.
Analyze campaign performance regularly, identify underperforming keywords and ASINs, and optimize budgets accordingly.

C. Pricing & Competitive Intelligence
Monitor pricing index scores and marketplace competitiveness to prevent listing suppression and maintain strong performance.
Track competitor pricing, promotions, Best Seller Rank (BSR) movements, and marketplace trends using Helium 10 tools and manual competitive research.
Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to evaluate pricing decisions that may impact Buy Box ownership, profitability, or market share.
Develop pricing and promotional strategies for events such as deals, coupons, and Lightning Deals, supported by projected ROI analysis.
D. Inventory & Operations
Coordinate closely with supply chain and operations teams to maintain healthy inventory levels and avoid stockouts.
Monitor inventory health, stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and account performance issues, resolving them proactively.
Ensure marketplace readiness during seasonal campaigns, promotional events, and high-demand periods.
E. Reporting & Analytics
Build and maintain performance dashboards tracking key metrics such as organic rankings, CPC, CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS, BSR trends, and pricing performance.
Present weekly and monthly business reviews with clear insights, recommendations, and action plans.
Use data-driven analysis to identify growth opportunities, operational improvements, and profitability enhancements.

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketplace Executive with 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in independently handling product listings, advertising campaigns, keyword optimization, and marketplace performance management. Strong proficiency in Helium 10, particularly Cerebro, Magnet, Frankenstein, and Xray, along with working knowledge of SEMrush for keyword research and competitive analysis, is essential.
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Amazon's A9 and A10 algorithms and how factors such as keywords, conversion rates, reviews, advertising performance, and sales velocity influence rankings. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills are required for reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis.
Experience with Flipkart Seller Hub, Amazon Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance reports, and quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, or Instamart will be an advantage. We value individuals who are analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of business outcomes. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, demonstrated marketplace expertise and measurable results are considered more important than academic qualifications.
