Role OverviewWe are looking for a marketplace ads manager who can drive growth by managing and optimizing retail media and marketplace advertising campaigns across quick commerce and major e-commerce platforms. As a Marketplace Ads Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across quick commerce and e-commerce marketplaces to drive product visibility, category ranking, and revenue growth.This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with retail media platforms and marketplace advertising, and the ability to scale product sales through data-driven campaign optimization.You will work closely with the growth, sales, and operations teams to align advertising strategy with inventory planning, pricing strategy, and product launches.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace & Quick Commerce AdvertisingPlan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across Blinkit Ads, Zepto Ads, Swiggy Instamart retail media, Amazon Ads, and Flipkart Ads.Manage different ad formats, including: Sponsored search ads Keyword bidding campaigns Banner and display ads Category visibility ads Product promotion campaignsOptimize campaigns to improve: ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) ACOS / TACOS CTR and conversion rates SKU-level revenue performanceDrive top-of-search visibility and category ranking improvements for key products. Performance Optimization & Revenue GrowthContinuously optimize ad campaigns to maximize sales, profitability, and incremental revenue growth.Scale high-performing SKUs by: Increasing keyword visibility Improving sponsored search performance Expanding campaign coverageIdentify hero SKUs and growth opportunities within product categories.Support revenue growth through seasonal promotions, high-traffic sale events, and new product launches. SKU Performance & Listing OptimizationImprove product discoverability by optimizing: Product titles and keywords Search term strategy Product creatives and content Conversion triggers within listingsWork closely with the product and growth teams to improve listing performance and conversion rates. Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze campaign performance using platform dashboards and SKU-level data.Track and report key metrics such as the following: ROAS Revenue contribution ACOS / TACOS Conversion rates Category ranking and visibilityPrepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
