Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute growth strategies across digital, offline, and partnership channels to reach monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and train the sales team.
- Manage CRM usage, marketing automation, pipeline movement, and follow-up quality.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, and partnerships; monitor and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Oversee content creation, branding, and communication strategy.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, corporates, and referral partners.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality communication and monitor online reputation and reviews.
