About the internship

Role context:

1. You will be entering VB's marketing & growth function, where creativity meets data, customer behaviour meets decision-making, and every campaign is expected to create meaningful business impact

1. This is not a content-only internship

1. This is where performance, customer psychology, and intentional experimentation come together

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

A. Growth & performance:

1. Support campaign execution across Meta and Google

1. Assist in audience research, campaign setup, and performance tracking

1. Observe and support creative testing and optimization

B. Search & discovery:

1. Support keyword research and competitor benchmarking

1. Assist in optimizing product pages, content, and blogs for search visibility

C. Customer journeys:

1. Support email campaign execution and audience segmentation

1. Assist in WhatsApp campaign planning, scheduling, and performance tracking

D. Reporting & insights:

1. Track campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, and engagement

1. Support weekly reporting and insight documentation
