Role Summary:
We are looking for a digitally native, AI-first marketing professional with 8–10 years of experience who can operate at the intersection of strategy, content, branding, demand generation and intelligent automation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and stakeholder engagement. You will support the marketing leader in building high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns, translating complex technology narratives into compelling, market-ready content while embedding AI into day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted marketing partner to senior business leaders, driving global marketing initiatives, influencing stakeholders across functions and geographies, and leveraging AI to transform the way marketing is planned, executed, and scaled. The ideal candidate brings:
8-10 years of B2B technology marketing experience with a proven track record in integrated marketing, demand generation, content strategy, and brand building.
Experience working directly with senior business leaders, solution leaders, sales teams, and executive stakeholders.
Strong executive communication, presentation, and storytelling capabilities.
Ability to influence, negotiate, and align diverse stakeholder groups in a highly matrixed organization.
Demonstrated ability to independently drive initiatives from concept to execution with minimal supervision.
Flair to learn and explore new, un-conventional avenues to deliver marketing deliverables with speed and precision

AI-enabled Content Development & Scale
Create high-quality, public-facing marketing assets (PoVs, blogs, decks, videos, campaign pages, case studies) using a mix of human expertise and AI tools Use AI platforms to accelerate content production while maintaining quality and differentiation Build reusable, modular content that can be repurposed across campaigns and personas

Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to service line priorities Develop marketing programs/campaigns that contribute to brand awareness, customer engagement, thought leadership, and pipeline growth. Curate multi-channel journeys (email, social, web, analyst, media) to drive traffic and continuous momentum for higher engagement rates Monitor campaign performance, make modifications as required, create reports backed by real data, highlighting insights to optimize campaign performance for achieving desired results
Marketing Operations & Productivity
Identify opportunities to reduce manual marketing effort using AI tools and automation workflows Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, analyst firms, content vendors, and event partners to maximize marketing outcomes. Champion AI adoption across marketing activities, driving best practices and experimentation.
Strategic Stakeholder Management & Global Marketing
Partner with service line business leaders to translate strategic priorities into integrated marketing plans. Build strong relationships across sales, analyst relations, partner ecosystem, communications, and technology teams to drive alignment and execution. Drive governance and accountability across marketing initiatives, ensuring commitments are delivered on time and to a high standard of quality
Core skills & experience:
8–10 years of B2B technology marketing experience, preferably within IT services, cloud, AI, digital transformation, platform businesses, or enterprise technology domains. Strong content development and storytelling skills Hands-on campaign execution experience (digital, integrated marketing, in-person and virtual events) Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, campaign execution, and productivity enhancement Ability to use AI tools effectively in daily workflows (research, writing, summarization, reporting) Working knowledge of prompt engineering basics, AI-assisted content workflows, Marketing automation Ability to derive insights from campaign performance data and optimize accordingly
