About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

A. Marketing Research & Campaign Support

1. Assist in researching market trends, consumer insights, and creative concepts to develop engaging event themes and marketing campaigns.

1. Identify potential brand partners and support sponsorship and collaboration outreach by preparing compelling pitches and communication materials.

B. Project Coordination & Event Management

1. Coordinate the onboarding of third-party curators, manage documentation, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement process.

1. Support end-to-end project coordination by maintaining event calendars, trackers, and timelines to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.

1. Provide on-site support during events by coordinating with vendors, managing guest experiences, and resolving operational challenges.

C. Relationship Management & Team Collaboration

1. Build and maintain databases of vendors, curators, and brand partners to strengthen long-term relationships and improve future outreach efforts.

1. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of campaigns, activations, and events.
