About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes.

1. Coordinate with vendors, partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders regarding event requirements and logistics.

1. Manage event registrations, attendee confirmations, and RSVP tracking.

1. Communicate with participants and provide necessary event-related information and support.

1. Handle on-site event operations, including attendee management, registration desks, and coordination activities.

1. Ensure timely execution of event schedules and assist in resolving operational issues during events.

1. Support venue coordination, vendor management, and event setup requirements.

1. Maintain event records, attendance data, and post-event documentation.

1. Assist in collecting participant feedback and preparing event reports.

1. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and professional event experience for all attendees.
