The Marketing Coordinator - Level III supports the ongoing rhythm of business for marketing and commercial teams by planning, coordinating, executing, and continuously improving operational and strategic Pricing activities. This role plays a key part in supporting pricing operations, market analysis, business communications, stakeholder engagement, and process excellence initiatives.
The incumbent works collaboratively across Sales, Finance, Engineering, Sourcing, Channel Partners, and other business functions to ensure accurate, timely, and data-driven decision-making while supporting profitability, market competitiveness, and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Business Support

Coordinate and support recurring marketing and business activities, including product analysis, pricing analysis, and business communications.
- Maintain and update reports, dashboards, trackers, and databases to support operational efficiency and business decision-making.
- Administer assigned systems and databases, ensuring data integrity, user access management, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Respond to routine pricing and operational inquiries from internal stakeholders and channel partners.
Pricing & Commercial Analysis
- Support end-to-end pricing execution activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Prepare pricing calculations, proposals, and updates within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform pricing, cost, market, lifecycle, application, and competitive analyses to support commercial decision-making.
- Assist with annual, mid-year, and ad hoc pricing reviews and adjustments.
