We're looking for someone who understands content, culture, and consumer behaviour deeply someone who instinctively knows what feels relevant on the internet and what actually drives engagement and conversion. Your biggest responsibility will be helping shape how Aranqa shows up across Instagram and performance marketing creatives. You'll work closely with our social media agency, founder, and performance marketing team to ensure a regular flow of content that feels premium, culturally relevant, and commercially effective.
This is a hands-on role. You should be comfortable ideating, shooting founder-led content quickly on the phone, turning around basic edits independently, identifying content opportunities, and understanding why certain formats work better than others.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Shoot and edit creatives for website and performance marketing campaigns
Work closely with our social media agency and performance marketing team to shape Aranqa's content direction and create content that converts
Shoot founder-led and behind-the-scenes content for Instagram and ads
Create quick turnaround edits for reels and static creatives using tools like CapCut, Canva and AI-assisted workflows
Coordinate with agency partners for larger campaign shoots, polished edits and launch execution
Identify content formats, hooks and storytelling approaches that drive engagement and conversion
Stay closely plugged into creator, fashion and internet culture trends relevant to our audience
Support festive launches, campaigns, creator collaborations and offline activations
Organise content references, campaign trackers, and creator deliverables

You’re curious about how AI tools can improve content ideation, editing, and workflows
You’ve worked at a small D2C brand, creator agency, or fashion/lifestyle business where you’ve already worn multiple hats
If you’re a content creator yourself, even on a small scale, that’s a strong plus
Background in fashion communication, creator marketing, or content is preferred
