About the internship
We're a Mumbai-based startup gearing up to launch a new product in the healthcare space in 2026 built for a fast-growing, often-overlooked audience.
We're incubated at Neeti Brand Accelerator, a 17-year-old brand-building firm that has helped launch and scale 60+ Indian consumer brands across FMCG and healthcare. In short, we've done this before and we plan to do it better this time.

Now, about the role.
This isn't a "sit, observe, and make PPTs" internship.
You'll be employee #1 on the brand-launch ground team, working directly with the founder. Expect speed, ownership, and a front-row seat to how brands are actually built not how textbooks describe them.
What you'll do (aka where the real learning happens):
Participate in early product testing and share sharp, structured feedback.
Conduct customer conversations and research to uncover real needs, habits, and decision triggers.
Support digital marketing efforts across platforms content, campaigns, and experimentation.
Assist in building and activating a community/ambassador network across key touchpoints.
Track on-ground and digital insights, and turn observations into actionable inputs.
Help manage customer interactions on WhatsApp and other channels during key launch phases.
Who we're looking for:
Someone who is genuinely good at social media, research, and digital marketing (not just on paper).
A "live wire" high energy, curious, and switched on.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to connect dots quickly.
Solid academic track record (you've shown you can deliver when it counts).
Comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and a bit of organised chaos.
