Jugnoo Cab Services is looking for a proactive and result-driven Field Executive to manage on-ground operations, onboard drivers, and ensure smooth daily functioning of cab services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 1. Driver Onboarding: Identify, approach, and onboard new drivers for Jugnoo platform. 2. Field operations Management: Monitor daily cab operations and ensure service quality standards are maintained. 3. Driver Support & Training: Assist drivers with app usage, documentation, and provide basic training when required. 4. Issue Resolution: Handle on-ground issues related to drivers, customers, or rides and resolve them efficiently. 5. Documentation & Verification: Collect and verify driver documents such as license, RC, insurance, etc. 6. Performance Monitoring: Track driver performance, ride completion rates, and ensure targets are achieved. 7. Market Expansion: Explore new areas for business growth and increase driver network. 8. Reporting: Maintain daily reports of onboarding, operations, and issues handled.
