Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Marketplace Ads & Channel Management Executive to own and scale our presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other e-commerce platforms. You’ll manage advertising campaigns end-to-end, drive channel performance, and ensure our product listings and catalog are always optimized for conversions. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD), Flipkart Ads, and Myntra Ads to achieve target ACoS and ROASManage daily ad budgets, bidding strategies, keyword research, and negative keyword optimization across all marketplace accountsTrack, analyze, and report on campaign metrics - ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and attributed revenueProficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer behavior in marketplace channels.Flexibility to work only on-site in Bengaluru and adaptability to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.Previous experience in e-commerce or marketplace platforms is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Channel & Account Management Own the day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Myntra Partner Portal.Monitor account health, resolve listing suppressions, manage Andon Cord cases, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.Coordinate with the logistics and ops team on inventory forecasting, FBA/FBF shipments, and order fulfillment. Listing & Catalog management Create, optimize, and maintain product listings with SEO-driven titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.Manage A+ Content / Brand Story on Amazon and enhanced content on Flipkart and Myntra. Ensure catalog accuracy — correct SKU mapping, pricing, images, variants, and category classification across all platforms. Monitor competitor listings and pricing to inform positioning decisions. Analytics & ReportingBuild and maintain weekly/monthly performance dashboards in Excel covering sales, ad spend, organic vs. paid split, and channel-level P&L. Identify trends, flag anomalies, and provide actionable insights to improve marketplace revenue and profitability. Support cross-functional teams (brand, finance, ops) with marketplace data and reports as needed. Requirements 1–2 years of hands-on experience running paid ads on Amazon, Flipkart, and/or Myntra (or similar marketplace platforms).Strong understanding of marketplace advertising metrics: ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, impressions share. Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets — pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data visualization.Experience with Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or equivalent marketplace dashboards.Excellent analytical and numerical aptitude — comfortable working with large datasets and deriving actionable insights.Strong attention to detail in catalog and listing management.Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
