About the RoleWe are seeking a personable and highly organized Marketing Account Executive to own client communication and relationship management. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and coordinating with our internal teams to deliver on all account requirements.Note: One week per month, you will need to work some hours overlapping with US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Own all client communications: Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, handling all correspondence, updates, and queries.
- Manage client relationships: Build strong & lasting relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate internal deliverables: Liaise with internal teams (SEO, content, analytics, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and reports.
- Oversee account administration: Maintain up-to-date client records, manage schedules, and track deliverables using CRM tools.
- Proactively address client needs: Anticipate and resolve issues, communicate project status, and ensure clients feel supported at every step.
- Facilitate meetings: Organize and lead regular check-ins, calls, and presentations with clients as needed.
Youd Be a Great Fit If You Have
- Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing account management role (preferably in marketing, SEO, or digital advertising).
- Strong understanding of SEO and ads (no strategy required, but must be able to communicate confidently about deliverables and results).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Willingness to work some overlapping hours with US-based clients one week per month.
