Looking for a dynamic Engineering Leader to join our Process Engineering & Product Quality team. Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead New Product Introductions (NPIs) and manage manufacturing transfers for existing products by collaborating with global and local cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain).
- Design and develop assembly and testing processes, including jigs, fixtures, and manufacturing aids, to enable efficient and reliable production.
- Set up, qualify, and validate assembly line tools and testing equipment to ensure robust, compliant, and scalable manufacturing operations.
- Drive process risk assessments (PFMEA), lead structured problem solving and failure analysis, and implement improvements to reduce Defects Per Unit (DPU) across factory, forward production, and field quality.
- Manage engineering change requests and oversee seamless implementation of changes on the manufacturing floor.
- Contribute to lean manufacturing, digitization, and plant modernization initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, productivity, and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with Medical Device Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory standards through disciplined execution on the shop floor.
- Coach and mentor process engineering team members and associates, building organizational capability in process development, risk analysis, and QMS excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Bio Medical engineering / Mechatronics Engineering.
