Key Responsibilities (Common Across Roles)
- Lead client workshops to gather requirements and propose solutions with clear business benefits.
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical deliverables.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including design, build, testing, training, and rollout.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to practice development.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage risks, timelines, and budgets.
Role-Specific Responsibilities & Requirements A. Supply Chain Planning Consultant (Kinaxis / O9) - Responsibilities:
- Lead supply chain planning workstreams in IBP/S&OP, Demand, Inventory, Production Scheduling, and Control Tower.
- Implement solutions using Kinaxis, O9, Blue Yonder, or SAP IBP.
- Drive SCM transformation projects leveraging AI/ML and predictive analytics.
B. Manufacturing Oracle Consultant - Responsibilities:
- Implement Oracle Cloud Supply Chain or Oracle R12 modules (Inventory, Purchase, WIP, Order Management, Finance).
- Conduct workshops and propose solutions for manufacturing and automotive domains.
C. SAP Hybris Consultant (E-commerce) - Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation on Omni-Channel, Inventory Management, B2C/B2B processes, Payments, and Promotions.
- Facilitate SaaS e-commerce platform implementation and manage project delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful product launches.
