About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Executing manual test cases across our multi-tenant web-based ERP system, focusing on core modules such as People Management, Task Management, and Marketing Automation.

1. Identifying, isolating, and thoroughly documenting software defects using bug tracking tools (like Jira), including steps to reproduce, expected outcomes, and actual results.

1. Performing comprehensive cross-browser and UI/UX testing on modern frontend interfaces to ensure high usability and a seamless experience for end-users.

1. Verifying role-based access controls (RBAC) and ensuring strict data isolation and security protocols are maintained across different tenant accounts within the SaaS architecture.

1. Collaborating closely with the development team to clarify bug reports, re-test resolved issues, and ensure new feature releases meet quality standards before deployment.
