Role Overview The Technical Manager – Administration & Operations will lead technical and administrative functions, ensuring efficient management of facilities, infrastructure, and workplace services. The role requires strong technical expertise combined with operational capabilities to drive efficiency, compliance, and business support. Key Responsibilities Technical & Infrastructure Management Manage technical infrastructure including electrical systems, HVAC, building management systems (BMS), and workplace technologiesEnsure performance, preventive maintenance, and lifecycle management of assets Drive automation, smart building solutions, and digital transformation initiatives Manage AMCs, technical vendors, and service level agreements (SLAs) Strategic & Operational Excellence Implement strategies aligned with organizational goals Drive cost optimization, budgeting, and process improvements Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audits, and corporate policies Facilities & Project Management Oversee facilities operations, maintenance, and workplace services Manage office expansion, relocation, fit-outs, renovation, and refurbishment projects Handle project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination Employee Services & Security (Good to have) Oversee employee services including cafeteria, transport, and workplace experience Manage security systems (CCTV, access control), health & safety, and risk management Vendor & Stakeholder Management Manage vendor contracts, negotiations, and performance tracking Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations People Management Lead and mentor administration and technical teams Drive team performance, accountability, and continuous improvement Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in engineering experience in facilities management, technical operations, or administration Strong knowledge of building systems, infrastructure management, and vendor management Experience in compliance, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and large-scale operations
