Manager – Treasury, Tax & Compliance (On-Site) - Gandhinagar

We are setting up a Global Treasury Centre in GIFT City and are seeking a high-caliber professional to anchor tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance for the entity. What you will do in this role

• Manage end-to-end direct and indirect tax compliance, including return filings and tax provisioning

• Ensure compliance with IFSC/IFSCA regulations, FEMA, and other applicable laws and act as Compliance Officer for the entity

• Support treasury operations including fund flows, investments, and intercompany transactions

• Oversee forex transactions and ensure regulatory compliance under FEMA/IFSC framework

• Manage withholding tax (TDS/WHT) obligations and related reporting

• Drive transfer pricing compliance, documentation, benchmarking, and reporting in coordination with global teams

• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation of transactions
