Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic initiatives by partnering with Functional Heads and Regional Heads on high-impact business assignments.
Design and implement transformational projects using internal and external best practices.
Identify process gaps and lead organization-wide improvements to enhance business performance.
Manage end-to-end execution of strategic projects, including planning, tracking, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
Collaborate with leading consulting firms such as Bain, McKinsey, and BCG to deliver strategic priorities.
Support the MD's office on short-term strategic assignments and special projects.
Work closely with Business Planning and Zonal Strategy teams during the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process.

Lead initiatives to improve business planning and budgeting processes.
Prepare executive-level presentations and communication materials for the Chairman, MD, and Board of Directors.
Skills & Competencies
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to structure and simplify complex business problems.
Strong PMO skills, including project planning, scheduling, governance, reporting, and documentation.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel-based analysis.
High ownership, initiative, and ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
Strong influencing skills and ability to drive decisions across teams.
Qualification & Experience
Undergraduate degree from a reputed institution.
MBA from a Tier-1 institute such as IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, MDI, or a leading international business school.
Experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
Work Experience 2-4 years
