Program management and problem solving
Structure ambiguous social-sector problems into clear deliverables
Own one or more workstreams end-to-end: scope, workplan and timelines
Manage deliverable production: storyline, analyses and client-ready packaging
Lead research and analysis across policy/sector scans, stakeholder and beneficiary insights, and ecosystem mapping
Build impact strategies, program designs, operating models, and implementation roadmaps (pilot-to-scale where needed)
Impact measurement
Lead development of Theory of Change, results frameworks, indicator sets, MEL plans, and dashboards
Lead evaluations and performance reviews (baseline/midline/endline; rapid assessments)
Analyse datasets and translate insights into practical course-corrections
Synthesize what’s working into recommendations for scale, sustainability, and governance

Manage day-to-day client relationships for assigned workstreams, handle expectations, alignment, and follow-through
Plan and facilitate workshops, consultations, and working sessions with diverse stakeholders
Support field engagements across states/districts, ensuring high-quality documentation and synthesis
Communicate analysis, recommendations, and status updates clearly in written and oral form to internal and client leadership
Business development
Own significant sections of proposals (approach, workplan, team structure, timelines, pricing inputs, credentials)
Track sector trends and support thought leadership (POVs, short articles, client-ready insights)
Stay current on regulatory, financing, and compliance developments to brief internal teams and clients on implications
Key Skills Required
Experience: 7-10 years in development sector, management consulting, CSR/social impact advisory, MEL/M&E, evaluation, or large-scale program delivery
Travel: open to 5–6 days/month travel, including remote/tier-2/3 locations as projects demand
Tools: strong working proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word (structured decks, analysis, data cleaning)
Strong writing and communication skills; comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
Proven analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, tight timelines, and high-quality outputs in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience leading MEL design and execution (ToC/results frameworks/indicator sets) and managing evaluations end-to-end
Strong exposure to government systems and at-scale delivery in India (state/district execution, scheme design/rollouts, convergence, compliance and operational realities)
Working knowledge of results-based management, performance management, and relevant policy frameworks
Regional language capability and field-work exposure (ability to conduct stakeholder interactions beyond English when needed)
Bonus: Power BI/Tableau, SQL, R/Python/Stata, Alteryx; design tools (Figma/Adobe or similar)
