What will you do?

Manager – Analytics & Insights will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across Emerging Markets by providing actionable insights, performance analytics, and strategic recommendations to enhance sales force effectiveness and business performance.

The role will partner with regional and country leadership teams across Emerging Markets to deliver analytics solutions, performance monitoring frameworks, commercial insights, and reporting automation that support sustainable business growth. The incumbent will act as a strategic business partner, translating complex data into meaningful insights and driving commercial excellence initiatives across diverse markets.

Areas of Responsibility:

Analytics & Business Insights

• Analyse sales, market, customer, CRM, and operational data across Emerging Markets to identify business opportunities and performance improvement areas.

• Generate actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.

• Develop country, regional, and portfolio-level performance analyses to drive business growth.

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, market trends, customer engagement, and sales force productivity.
