Your work profile
Process Automation Design
Analyse existing business processes and identify automation opportunities
Design integrated BPA solutions combining Workflow, RPA, and Business Rules/Decision Logic
Ensure alignment with Clean Core principles for S/4HANA transformation programs
2️⃣ Development & Configuration
Configure Flexible Workflows in SAP S/4HANA
Develop automation bots using SAP Build Process Automation (formerly SAP Intelligent RPA)

Build digital forms, approval flows, and business rule configurations
Integrate BPA components with SAP and non-SAP applications
3️⃣ Integration & Architecture
Collaborate with integration teams leveraging CPI, APIs, and OData services
Design and implement event-driven automation
Ensure compliance with BTP extension architecture best practices
4️⃣ Governance & Controls
Ensure adherence to audit, security, and compliance processes
Implement role-based access and governance models
Monitor bot performance, workflows, and automation KPIs
5️⃣ Stakeholder Management
Partner with business process owners to identify automation use cases
Conduct discovery workshops and solution walkthroughs
Provide demos and progress updates to leadership teams
Key skills required
8–10+ years of hands-on SAP experience
- Strong expertise in:
SAP Build Process Automation
- SAP BTP
S/4HANA Workflow / Flexible Workflow
RPA bot design & development
- Good understanding of:
APIs, OData, Integration patterns
SAP Security fundamentals
BPMN process modelling
