We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead delivery for a strategic technology program with a Mumbai-based client. This role requires strong Agile delivery leadership, proactive stakeholder management, and end-to-end ownership of execution. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, client-facing, and capable of driving alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery Leadership
Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Drive Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Enable predictable sprint and release delivery by proactively removing impediments and managing team dependencies.
Track delivery progress and ensure commitments are met with quality and transparency.
Project & Delivery Governance
Own delivery timelines, scope, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID).
Establish and maintain structured reporting, dashboards, and governance mechanisms.
