Your Responsibilities:
The Manager - Process Excellence plays a strategic leadership role in driving operational efficiency, digital transformation, and sustainable change across Rockwell Automation's Business Segments. This position leads a team of Business Process and improvement Leads and collaborates with partners to improve workflows, reduce costs, and enhance customer and employee experience. The manager oversees process mapping, playbook development, and digitization initiatives, while encouraging innovation and continuous improvement. By aligning team efforts with our goals, you will ensure measurable impact and long-term success across the organisation.
