Opportunity Overview We’re looking for a Senior Operations Manager responsible for Vendor and Facility Management. This role will provide centralized oversight, strategic vendor governance, proactive facility operations.This role ensures that business operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards for infrastructure, maintenance, and compliance. What You’ll Do Facilities Strategy & Planning Coordinate schedules and ensure coverage coverage on ALL working days at both locationsDefine workplace standards (safety, cleanliness, experience)Plan space utilization and capacity Vendor Management Negotiation and vendor selectionManage contracts (cleaning, security, maintenance, pantry)Track SLAs and performance Budget & Cost Control Own facilities budget (rent, utilities, services, supplies)Identify cost optimization opportunities Employee Safety Ensure building compliance, emergency protocolsPartner with Compliance team for audits and risk mitigation Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor operations and facility teamsSet performance goals and conduct evaluationsFoster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Employee Experience Oversight Set standards for office experience (events, amenities, comfort) Escalation Point Resolve complex or high-impact issues What You’ll Need Must-haves Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field (MBA preferred).Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or facility operations, often requiring 7+ years, with experience managing teams of 3-5 membersGood Communication, organizational and time management skillsTechnically savvy with ability to use basic computer tools, including Google Docs, SheetsStrong leadership and project management skillsNegotiation and effective communication to coordinate the internal and external stakeholdersLegal/compliance understanding to guarantee the integrity of contractsGood Relationship-building skills to grow in cooperative relationshipsGood project management skills to handle more than one project at a time Nice-to-haves Experience with facility management software or CMMS systemsKnowledge of sustainability practices (energy efficiency, green building standards like LEED)Exposure to digital transformation / automation in operationsExperience managing large-scale or multi-site facilitiesFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Strong background in vendor negotiations and contract managementExperience in crisis management and business continuity planningUnderstanding of IoT-based smart facility systemsSix Sigma / Lean certification or process improvement experienceExperience working in a fast-paced or high-growth environment Additional Information Reporting to: Madhuri ChintaTeam: Operations (size-2)Internal Applicants: Please discuss your interest with your current manager before applying.
