Job Title Manager - Operational Excellence

Job Description

The role focuses on driving Operational Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across sites through the application of Lean, Six Sigma, ToC, and Daily Management Systems (DMS). It involves leading cross-functional projects, strengthening process efficiencies, and embedding a culture of data-driven decision-making and performance improvement. The incumbent will support strategy deployment, enable capability building through training and coaching, and drive initiatives to improve productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and safety, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and governance frameworks. Job Summary:

The Manager - Operational Excellence at Piramal Pharma Limited will lead and implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement, enhance efficiency, and optimize processes across various operational functions within the organization. This role focuses on fostering a culture of excellence and delivering sustainable business results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage operational excellence strategies and programs aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction, and cost optimization through data analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis.
• Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement projects from conception to completion, ensuring measurable outcomes.
