Are you a builder who thrives at the intersection of sales, data, and Generative AI? Do you enjoy the challenge of taking a manual process and then building the tools to automate it on a WW scale? We are looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Manager with 8+ years of relevant experience to drive a high-impact global initiative: helping US-based sellers expand their selection to reach Amazon's 19+ international marketplaces worldwide (WW). In this role, you will lead our "one-to-many" seller engagement strategy, its implementation, and delivery of expected input and output results. You will leverage existing seller data and build/use Gen AI tools to create personalized, automated nudges across the seller's global expansion journey to drive US to WW selection expansion. You will leverage Gen AI tools to engage with thousands of new and existing Amazon Sellers and help them grow their business on WW global marketplaces. The ideal candidate is willing to roll up their sleeves to do the manual work of mass seller outreach today, while simultaneously partnering with product and program teams to develop the Gen AI tools of tomorrow to fully automate the seller engagement and outreach process. You are a leader who can manage trade-offs between what is required to deliver today's results while thinking long term and building tools to scale your impact to WW global selling organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong sales, automation, and program management skills. They have experience leading mass seller engagement initiatives and proven experience driving global programs. Success in this role requires strong ownership, dive-deep, invent and simplify, and think big skills. They are exceptional at stakeholder management, including the ability to influence without authority, drive alignment, and communicate effectively with senior leadership. This position offers the opportunity to shape the global selling experience for millions of Amazon sellers by developing innovative Gen AI solutions for mass seller engagement.
Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities Drive mass seller engagement at scale:
- Build and manage a fully automated mass seller engagement solution/agent by leveraging seller data and existing mass reach-out tools for US to WW expansion and post-launch growth.
- Customize seller messaging based on sellers' current stage in the global expansion funnel and/or performance on new global marketplaces.
- Measure impact of seller reach-outs and adapt seller engagement to drive higher open rates and action rates.
- Adapt seller communication across different engagement channels to maximize open and action rates.
- Deliver expected input and output goals of seller launches and global sales GMS.
- Propose and lead ideation on enhancing seller engagement strategies with focus on conversion and post-launch growth.
