Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in internal and executive communications with technology products or services.
- 4 years of experience in a people management, supervision, or team leadership role.
- Experience communicating via emails, scripts, and internal presentations.
- Experience in stakeholder management across a variety of levels and roles.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a changing, ambiguous environment and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholders to develop, influence, manage, and drive communications narratives across the internal organization.
- Ability to lead teams and devise and execute on multiple projects, and work with a global team of colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work in fluid, high-stress environments.
