What Were Looking For:
- Own governance for new stores and network stores across demand and supply-side growth metrics.
- Track and reduce order loss driven by availability gaps, assortment gaps, pricing / offer gaps, operational issues, search failures, and traffic-conversion drop-offs.
- Monitor FMCG availability, F&V availability, fill rates, assortment depth, top SKU availability, category readiness, and store-level supply health.
- Track demand-side metrics including traffic, search conversion, category conversion, add-to-cart, order conversion, repeat behavior, and customer funnel drop-offs.
- Build store-level and city-level dashboards to identify underperforming stores, categories, SKUs, and customer journeys.
- Partner with Category, Supply, Inventory, Store Operations, Growth, Product, Search, and Analytics teams to solve supply and demand leakages.
- Run daily / weekly governance on new store ramp-up, ensuring stores meet launch and post-launch readiness benchmarks.
- Identify root causes behind order loss, low conversion, low availability, low search CTR / CVR, and weak category performance.
- Create action plans for stores with poor availability, high order loss, low traffic, low conversion, or weak assortment.
- Set up operating cadences, issue trackers, escalation mechanisms, and performance reviews for store growth governance.
- Monitor F&V quality and availability in partnership with category and supply teams, especially for new and priority stores.
- Drive assortment readiness for new stores by ensuring critical FMCG, F&V, and high-demand SKUs are available and discoverable.
- Work with Growth and Marketing teams to ensure traffic generation efforts are aligned with store readiness and supply health.
- Partner with Product / Search teams to improve discoverability, search conversion, substitutions, recommendations, and category navigation for priority stores.
- Prepare weekly business reviews with insights, root causes, actions, owners, timelines, and impact tracking.
- Build repeatable playbooks for new store ramp-up and network store turnaround.
