Role Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for strengthening the fraud risk management framework across Godrej Properties by conducting fraud risk assessments, handling end-to-end investigations, driving data-based insights through MIS, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires strong investigative acumen, business understanding of the real estate sector, and the ability to manage sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Fraud Risk Assessment & Prevention
Plan and execute fraud risk assessments across key processes including project management, procurement, sales & marketing.
Identify fraud risks, control gaps, and red flags; recommend pragmatic mitigation measures aligned to business realities.
Support development and periodic review of fraud risks and preventive controls.

Relevant years of post CA qualification experience
Prior experience in real estate / infrastructure / construction industry preferred
Experience in fraud risk management, investigations, forensic audits, or corporate audit roles
Skills:
Strong understanding of fraud schemes and risks in real estate operations
Investigation and interviewing skills with sound judgment
Analytical mindset with ability to work on large datasets and MIS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High integrity, discretion, and ethical orientation
Ability to influence stakeholders while maintaining independence
Comfortable working in ambiguous and high sensitivity situations
