Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

s the Manager - Finance Project Management at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., you will oversee various non-IT and IT-related projects, ensuring that they align with our strategic goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive technical and commercial evaluations for IT projects.

• Providing support in the annual budgeting process and securing approvals for IT-related initiatives.

• Preparing detailed proposals for senior management's review and approval for various projects.

• Maintaining and monitoring the Capital Expenditure (CapEx) budget within SAP, ensuring budget compliance and financial integrity.

• Collaborating with sector finance and business teams to validate business case premises effectively.

• Managing the investment Management Information System (MIS) for finance projects across the divisions.

• Assisting in the development and implementation of standard controls and investment policies across the divisions.

• Standardizing processes and leveraging insights from various divisions to improve CapEx management.

• Monitoring project budget utilization closely and reporting expected vs actual outcomes to stakeholders.
