About the role
The role is responsible for driving incremental bookings and improving inventory absorption for the North Zone sustenance portfolio through digital, data-led, and partnership-driven initiatives. You will go beyond pure lead generation to focus on conversion, database monetization, organic demand, and project reputation in close partnership with sales and CRM/CDP teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Affiliate & Walk-in Programs
- Onboard and manage affiliate partners and third-party presales teams to generate qualified walk-ins for sustenance projects.
- Coordinate with site sales to keep offers, narratives, and talk tracks updated and conversion-focused.
- Track partner performance (walk-ins, bookings, RoI) and recommend optimization actions.
- CRM / CDP-led Activation
- Execute cohort-based reactivation journeys (email, WhatsApp, calling prompts, remarketing) designed in partnership with the CDP/marketing ops lead using CRM and marketing engagement platforms (e.g. Salesforce Data Cloud, SFMC, WebEngage, MoEngage, or equivalent).
