Manager - Data Engineering-Data Architecture

As the Data Delivery Lead, you will be a key driver of our data-centric transformation. You will lead the execution of data initiatives, serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and our engineering teams. • Lead the delivery of complex data pipelines and analytics solutions for Supply Chain business unit.

• Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical engineering teams.

• Manage scope, resources, and timelines for data projects, ensuring timely delivery.

• Oversee development, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to platform standards.

• Collaborate with Data Architect to ensure development aligns with architectural standards.

• Proactively monitor risks and develop mitigation strategies for data projects.

• Apply Agile project management principles to deliver business-aligned solutions.

• Own data delivery for core supply chain systems, including ERP, planning tools, and more.

• Translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable solutions.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business and data teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or Engineering.
