Key Responsibilities
Cost Management & Control
Monitor and control project costs against approved budgets.
Track cost variations and highlight deviations with corrective actions.
Maintain cost reports, cash flow, and forecasts.
Billing & Certification
Verify contractor RA bills based on site measurements and BOQ.
Ensure accuracy in quantity reconciliation and rate application.
Process and certify bills in coordination with consultants and contractors.

Conduct site measurements and prepare/check quantity take-offs.
Validate BOQ quantities and identify variations.
Maintain measurement records and documentation.
Vendor & Contract Management
Coordinate with contractors for billing submissions and clarifications.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and payment milestones.
Support in rate analysis and variation order approvals.
MIS & Reporting
Prepare periodic MIS reports (cost vs budget, billing status, etc.).
Track committed vs actual cost and update project dashboards.
Provide inputs for management review meetings.
Coordination & Compliance
Coordinate with site execution, design, and procurement teams.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and financial processes.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and approvals.
Education:
Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering
Experience:
10+ years of experience in material and vendor management, preferably in the real estate industry
Skills:
Strong knowledge of SAP-MM module
In-depth understanding of product and material specifications
Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Proactive approach to process improvements and learning
Work Experience 10–12 years
