Role Objective:
This role will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients onboarded onto the Godrej Managed Office platform in the Pune region, managing the entire lifecycle from post deal closure through delivery and stabilization.
The incumbent will drive end-to-end execution, including client onboarding, design coordination, project delivery, and ongoing relationship management, while working closely with cross-functional teams across Design, Construction, Finance, Project Management, and Leasing.
This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role requiring strong stakeholder management to ensure seamless delivery aligned with client expectations, timelines, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Delivery (Critical)
Oversee end-to-end execution of managed office projects from post-LOI/closure stage through delivery and handover.
Ensure alignment with design intent, timelines, budgets, and client requirements.

Drive coordination between design consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
Monitor and ensure quality, compliance, and documentation rigor across all projects.
Process Management
Track project economics, including billing, collections, and revenue realization.
Support finalization and adherence to LOIs, lease agreements, and client deliverables.
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary interface for clients post onboarding, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and delivery excellence
Educational Qualification, Experience and Skills:
MBA or any equivalent qualification with relevant experience.
Relevant years of experience in managed office / co-working spaces.
Experience in Grade A commercial real estate / office fit-outs / managed office delivery.
Strong project management / PMC background with execution ownership.
Demonstrated ability in client relationship management and stakeholder coordination.
Working knowledge of LOIs, lease negotiations, and commercial structures.
Prior experience in Managed Offices / Flex / Co-working environments is essential.
Ability to operate in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment with high accountability.
