Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Scale Teams - Manage and mentor a dynamic team of BSMs, focused on enterprise merchant success and retention

Drive Daily Merchant Engagement - Maintain proactive touchpoints with enterprise merchants for business continuation, growth opportunities, and issue prevention

Revenue Optimization - Execute strategic cross-sell and upsell initiatives for PayU's comprehensive product suite

Operational Excellence - Oversee merchant query resolution, reconciliations, and ensure seamless payment experiences

Portfolio Management - Strategically manage merchant portfolios to maximize lifetime value and minimize churn

Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work seamlessly with product, technical, and business teams to deliver exceptional merchant outcomes
Requirements:

7-9 years in sales, business development, or account management.

Team Leadership experience with proven track record of building high-performing teams

Merchant Servicing & Engagement - Deep understanding of merchant needs and payment ecosystems

Portfolio Management - Demonstrated success in cross-sell, upsell, and revenue expansion
